Job summary

i9 Sports in Cincinnati is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the youth league experience. You will build relationships with players, parents, and coaches, ensure instructional aspects are delivered, and work hands-on with practices and games across all age groups.

You will empower volunteer coaches, teach core sportsmanship concepts, supervise game day operations, and maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety.
• Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work for the full duration of the season (7 weeks).
• Must be 16 years or older for coordinator/official positions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work Sundays.

Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The coordinator builds relationships with players, parents, and coaches, ensures instructional aspects are delivered, and works hands‑on with practices and games across all age groups.

$15.00 – $17.00 per hour (High school students start at $14.00 per hour).

8/30/2026, 9/5/2026 (Off Labor Day Weekend), 9/13/2026, 9/20/2026, 9/27/2026, 10/4/2026, 10/11/2026, 10/18/2026 (last day unless we need to make up games), 10/25/2026 (weather make‑up date if needed), 11/01/2026 (weather make‑up date if needed).

Additional Information

We do not require certification; we provide training for our league format.
