Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator enhances the i9 Sports Experience by building relationships with players, parents, and coaches, ensuring effective delivery of instruction and supervision during practices and games across all age groups and skill levels.

Responsibilities

1. Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
2. Teach & demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
3. Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge.
3. Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and solving problems.
4. Ability to ensure player safety and take charge of situations.
5. Positive attitude with strong relationship-building skills.
6. Availability to work on Saturdays for the full 7-week season.
7. Ability to pass a National Criminal Background Check.
