Approximate Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Final Times TBD
Spring Leagues Begin Saturday 4/05/25 and run through 6/7/25
(Off 4/20 For Easter & 5/25 For Memorial Day)

Must be available to work for the full duration of the season (~7 weeks)

- No certification needed, we train for our league format.
- High School Students / Starting Pay $14.00 Per Hour

Must be 16 and older for coordinator/official positions. Must have reliable transportation. We will train for all positions, but a background in sports or customer service is a plus! Great job for college students looking to make extra money. Must be reliable! Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands-on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skill levels.

Responsibilities
  • Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
  • Teach & demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values
  • Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
  • Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
  • Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
  • Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
  • Ability to work Saturdays
  • Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
