i9 Sports seeks a Sports Coordinator in a hands-on role to enhance the experience for players and families. You will build strong relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered with quality and safety in mind.

You will observe, assess, and assist coaches during practices and games across all groups and skill levels, taking charge to keep activities fun and organized throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required for interaction with players, parents and coaches.
• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge across youth programs.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to ensure player safety in all activities.
• Positive attitude and ability to build professional relationships.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some evenings for the season duration.

Job Summary

The Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands‑on involvement with practices and games among all groups and skill levels.
