Job summary

IQVIA Netherlands is seeking a motivated Clinical Research Associate I to join our sponsor-dedicated model. The role is based in the Netherlands and focuses on on-site monitoring, regulatory compliance, and site collaboration to ensure study integrity and recruitment targets.

Minimum 6 months of independent monitoring within CRO/pharma is required, with fluency in Dutch (C1) and English. The position offers growth through training, a strong benefits package, and global team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or health care.
• Minimum of 6 months of independent, on-site monitoring experience in CRO/pharma.
• Full professional fluency in Dutch (C1) and English; strong medical writing skills for reports.
• Good knowledge of GCP/ICH regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform site monitoring visits (selection, initiation, monitoring, close-out) per scope and GCP/ICH.
• Collaborate with sites to drive subject recruitment in line with project needs.
• Administer protocol training and establish regular communication with sites.
• Ensure site documents and TMF/ISF files are compliant and up to date.
• Track regulatory submissions, approvals, recruitment, CRF completion, data queries.
