Job summary

IQVIA Biotech seeks a Clinical Monitor to support Phase I–IV trials. You will oversee site evaluations, initiate visits, and ensure monitoring activities meet protocol requirements and study timelines.

The role requires strong communication skills and experience in clinical research, with Dutch and English proficiency. Located in Belgium, you will work within IQVIA Biotech’s EU Clinical Monitoring team, collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of onsite monitoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research processes and GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates in investigator recruitment and site evaluation visits.
• Coordinates initiation activities and training on protocol, regulatory issues, and eCRF/EDC system.
• Assists in resolving site file audits and ensures study compliance.
• Performs on-site monitoring, source data verification, and data query resolution.
• Acts as primary contact between IQVIA Biotech and investigators.
