Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker for our Spokane, WA facility. You will pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment, contributing to a reliable supply chain. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to work with warehouse equipment.

Starting pay is $18.25/hour with a $2 shift differential, plus a $1,000 retention bonus for joining the team. Multiple shifts and opportunities for growth are available in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. consistently.
• Able to stand/walk all day in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Forklift operator or PIT equipment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers (training provided).
• Ensure inventory accuracy and communicate with team for workflow success.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace and follow safety protocols.
• Perform other warehouse tasks as needed.
