Job Description:

WANTED! Remote SPMO (Strategic Portfolio Management Office) Program Manager - 18 month contract, possibly longer. Must be able to work EST time zone.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Expert level experience in creating program plans, and be capable of creating them in a variety of tools.
• Expert level of understanding of Agile and Predictive Frameworks.
• Must understand how to work with teams or cultures resistant to accountability measures.
• Experience in the banking industry, including credit unions.
• Demonstrated proficiency and practical measures of program management.
• Experience in being able to explain how they intend to manage or drive execution in the program.
• Responsible for drafting program plans, managing the execution of program milestones, and guiding underlying projects.
• Will report on program status to portfolio managers and senior leaders.
• Create report presentations.
• Resolve blockers, including managing risk mitigation at the program level.
• Will be required to coach and guide program managers who are assigned to portfolio initiatives.
