Snap-on Tools' Challenger Lifts, Inc. division is seeking a hardworking team member to apply powder coat paint to parts using an electrostatic spray gun, prepare the booth and equipment, and hang components on the paint line.

This position runs a split shift 2:30 am to 1:00 pm, Monday through Thursday and every other Friday, with a starting wage of $20.19 per hour plus a $2 shift differential and attendance incentive; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work under stress calmly.
• Self-starter with willingness to take on responsibilities.
• Able to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 pounds.

Overview

Challenger Lifts, Inc., a division of Snap-on is seeking a candidate to be responsible for applying powder coat paint to surface of parts and components, removing media from components after shot blast process, and hanging parts and components to the paint line. The split shift is from 2:30 am to 1:00 pm Monday to Thursday and every other Friday. This position starts at $20.19/hr and $2 shift differential and attendance incentive.

• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which includes; Hi-Vis Vest, Steel Toe Shoes, Safety Glasses or Prescription Safety Glasses (If Applicable), Gloves (If Applicable), and Ear Plugs (If Applicable).
