Home Work Staffing in Fort Washington, MD seeks an experienced nanny for a long-term, live-out split-shift role supporting a busy family with three children. Morning and evening routines, newborn care during drop-off, meals, and light housekeeping are part of the day.

Ideal candidates are reliable, proactive, and comfortable in a shared-care home with a hands-on parent. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional nanny experience, including newborn/infant care.
• Experience caring for multiple children of different ages at once.
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Available for a split shift Monday-Friday on a long-term basis.

Responsibilities

• Help get the children up, dressed, fed and ready for school each morning.
• Care for the newborn at home during school drop-off, or handle drop-off as needed.
• Feeding, diapering, soothing and nap support for the newborn.
• Support afternoon and evening routines, including snacks, play and supervision.
• Help with homework as needed.
• Prepare simple, healthy meals for the children and assist with family dinner.
• Run bath and bedtime routines for all three children.
• Do light child-related tidying, including the children’s laundry, dishes and keeping play areas organized.
• Drive the children to and from school and activities using your own vehicle.
