Job summary

USLINK LLC is seeking an experienced foreman to lead our splicing crew on Phoenix-area projects. You will schedule, supervise, and hand off daily work while ensuring high-quality fusion splicing and adherence to customer specifications.

Ideal candidates have several years of production splicing experience, are comfortable traveling as projects require, and hold a clean driver’s license. This role offers on-site work with strong safety emphasis and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Several years of production splicing experience.
• Experience leading a crew on carrier, MSO, or ISP builds.
• Fluent with splice prints, as-builts, and customer specifications.
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel as projects require.

Responsibilities

• Run a splicing crew day to day, including scheduling and hand-off.
• Production fusion splicing: single-fiber and mass-fusion ribbon.
• OTDR and power-meter test discipline, documented to spec.
• Quality control and daily reporting back to operations.
• Safety on site, every day, no exceptions.
