Job description

IT Recruiter:

We are looking for a strong technical recruiter to join our team and help us grow. Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.

You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT and Non-IT positions.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Manage internal teams and recruiters to assist with recruitment efforts.
  2. Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
  3. Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
  4. Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  5. Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
  6. Provide recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers and HR team with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention.
  7. Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
  8. Participate in employment events, such as career fairs, campus hiring and placements.
  9. Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
  10. Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms.

Requirements :

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter with minimum 7 years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, Google Hangouts and structured).
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment reports.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
