OhioHealth is seeking a Chaplain to provide direct pastoral care and spiritual support to patients, families, and staff within the hospital setting. The role involves developing a hospital parish, participating in worship experiences, and partnering with management on on-call duties.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of ministry experience, with an ability to work inclusively across faiths and traditions and to respond in crisis situations.

Provides direct pastoral care and spiritual support to patients, family members/significant others and staff throughout the hospital. Usually this involves development of a "parish" within the hospital. Shares in other activities such as invocations at operating unit functions upon request of management, crisis intervention, 24/7 on-call responsibilities, providing hospital-wide worship experiences, and representing OhioHealth Mission & Ministry throughout the community.
