Job summary

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Biblical Studies preferred.
• Background check required; results reviewed.
• At least two years of ministry-related teaching experience; familiar with Salvation Army doctrine.

Responsibilities

• Assist and participate in Worship Services.
• Provide spiritual assessment and counseling for residents, clients, and staff.
• Support recovery classes, Bible studies, prayer meetings, and related curriculums.
• Train new recruits for leadership and supervise client engagement with families.
• Lead educational and spiritual classes and oversee morning thoughts.
