Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Theology/Divinity.
• Certified or certification eligible as a Board-Certified Chaplain.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• 2-4 CPEs.
• 2+ years of chaplaincy or 5+ years of ministry experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with NM leadership to align goals and programs with strategy.
• Provides leadership, direction, and resources in spiritual care and education.
• Supervises hospital chaplains and manages department scheduling.
• Engages in ethics and advance directives consultations.
• Develops quality improvement and staff development initiatives.
