Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Merchandiser to visit grocery and beverage accounts, stock and rotate products, and ensure accurate in-store displays. You will move items with pallet jacks, document execution using company systems, and maintain backstock for freshness and inventory control.

The role requires 21+ years old, reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly. 0–6 months of experience acceptable.

• Must possess reliable, personal automobile transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift, push & pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, rotate and maintain products on assigned routes.
• Move products between backroom and display floor using manual equipment.
• Utilize company systems for routing, compliance and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain organized backstock areas to support inventory levels and freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Job description

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
