Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Amarillo, TX seeks a sales role to drive regional growth, secure new business and maintain distribution with a focus on executing promotions retail-wide.

The role requires a high school diploma with experience or a Bachelor’s degree with related experience, a valid driver license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. You will travel locally and work with store teams to optimize product placement and timely promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years related experience, or High School Diploma with 4–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance.
• Employee must lift products from 25 lbs to 50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg product.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes and acquire new business while maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; communicate pricing and promotions; coordinate displays and POS materials and events.
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact and freshness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
