Job summary

Morales Beverage Group is hiring a Merchandiser for San Antonio, Austin and surrounding areas. The role focuses on maintaining product visibility, stocking shelves, building displays, managing inventory, and supporting sales to help our brands stand out.

The candidate should have 1–2 years in retail, sales, or merchandising, a high school diploma, and a valid Texas driver’s license. Travel across multiple store locations and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background and drug screening for hire.
• 1-2 years experience in retail, sales, or merchandising.
• Experience in wine and spirits is a plus.
• Hold a valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations as needed.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain shelves and displays per company standards and retailer agreements.
• Set up and maintain promotional displays with signage and pricing.
• Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and comply with expiration dates.
• Collaborate with sales reps and retail staff to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or restocking needs.
• Educate store staff about featured products and promotions to drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with local and federal alcohol laws and company policies.
