Responsibilities

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items according to recipes and standards, maintaining cleanliness, managing guest orders efficiently, and ensuring food safety and quality. Specific tasks include:

• Prepare food according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards
• Manage guest orders in a friendly and timely manner
• Know the menu and all food products
• Stock and maintain food stations
• Inspect all food sent from the kitchen
• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
• Requisition supplies as needed
