Next Century Spirits in Zebulon, NC, is seeking a Processing Operator to support batching, blending and ingredient preparation according to product formulas.

Reporting to the Processing Lead, you will operate and maintain equipment, monitor gauges, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency in our beverage production. The role includes forklift handling, CIP cleaning and strict GMP adherence.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred, beverage industry a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Proficiency with PC tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Batch and blend ingredients per recipes to produce spirit-based beverages.
• Distillation, proofing, blending, filtration and bottling duties as required.
• Follow batching instructions and weigh materials to recipe specifications.
• Monitor gauges and equipment for parameter control.
• Identify malfunctions and report to supervisor or manager.
• Operate and maintain equipment that blends or processes raw ingredients.
• Maintain logbooks, inventory and lot control records.
• Support inventory levels to ensure smooth production.
• Clean CIP equipment and maintain a clean work area.
• Operate forklifts and assist with material movement.
• Participate in shift exchanges and production meetings.
• Adhere to safety standards and GMP compliance.
