Job summary

SPIRE Academy in Geneva, OH is seeking a HubSpot Manager to own HubSpot instance, email marketing, and SEO-focused site updates. You will collaborate with Marketing, Academy, and Events to craft campaigns, automate sequences, and improve enrollment metrics.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, CRM reporting, and onboarding users with best practices. On-site position, with a focus on maximizing program depth and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience; certifications preferred.
• Enrollment or registration funnel experience a plus.
• Strong with email automation, segmentation, and CRM reporting.
• Detail-oriented and data-minded.
• Proactive communicator with internal leaders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing, Academy, Camps/Clubs/Leagues, Events to build and launch email campaigns and automated sequences.
• Track campaign performance and report on pipeline impact for enrollments and registrations.
• Maintain list health through segmentation, cleanup, deduplication, and data standards.
• Build forms, landing pages, and dashboards that support departmental goals.
• Onboard, train and support department users and set best practices for using HubSpot.
• Proactively update SPIRE’s website to maximize for SEO/AI and highlight program depth and partnership activation.
