The Continental plant in the United States operates around the clock, requiring skilled operators to run, set up, inspect, and maintain heavy machinery in a safe, quality-focused environment.

As part of a self-directed team, you will handle tooling, perform basic maintenance, and ensure material moves efficiently with forklift operations, while adhering to plant policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate various types of industrial machinery in a fast-paced, quality-oriented environment.
• Set up and operate equipment to safely and efficiently produce a quality product in spiral production areas, including tooling installation/removal.
• Control the quality of the product throughout the production process; contact Quality Assurance if necessary.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic operator maintenance.
• Drive a forklift and move material to specification.
• Work in a self-directed team; participate in meetings and projects.
• Perform routine housekeeping in the work area and throughout the plant.
