Standex International is hiring a Spinner to operate and monitor spinning machinery, ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced environment. You will read specifications, select tools, measure parts, and perform routine maintenance.

A team-oriented mindset and attention to detail are essential for success. The position offers a steady schedule (7:00AM-3:30PM) and requires at least 1 year of related experience, with forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor spinning machinery to produce metal components.
• Read work orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine operation requirements.
• Set up spin tools, measure parts, and adjust tooling as needed.
• Perform daily/weekly maintenance on spinning equipment and document logs.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in 6S and lean activities.
