Valmont Industries in Claxton, GA is seeking a Spinner Operator for the 2nd shift (4:00pm – 2:00am) to operate multiple production equipment. This role requires reading instructions in English, strong safety awareness, and accurate use of hand tools and measuring devices.

The position offers full-time employment with a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Equipment specified certification needed.
• 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High safety awareness and PPE compliance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as Pour Cart, Mi-Jack, Waterjet, Shuttle Lift.
• Perform safety audits and basic repairs.
• Train new employees and participate in Lean, 5S.
• Read and use tape measures accurately.
• Report safety hazards to supervisors.
