Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join 7E, a Surgical Spine and knee and hip replacement unit. The role offers exposure to diverse spine postoperative care within a Magnet-status hospital environment and collaboration with PAs and a dedicated Nurse Practitioner.

BSN is required or must be obtained within three years; 1–2 years med/surgical experience is preferred; BLS is required. This is a full-time position with weekend commitments and competitive pay, including shift

Qualifications

• BSN required; or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire.
• Prefers at least 1-2 years med/surgical experience.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on 7E Spine unit, including post-operative patients.
• Collaborate with PAs and a Nurse Practitioner to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Support a 30-bed unit serving cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine disorders.
