Job summary

Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join 7E, a Surgical Spine and knee and hip replacement unit, for post-operative care across a diverse patient population. The unit collaborates with PAs and a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role offers a 72-hour per pay full-time night shift (7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) with weekend commitments and two holidays per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities through our Clinical

Qualifications

• BSN required; or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire.
• Prefers at least 1-2 years med/surgical experience.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-operative care on spine and joint replacement unit.
• Work with PAs and a dedicated Nurse Practitioner on the unit.
