Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Spine leader to develop a premier spine program within a high-performing orthopedic practice and a modern musculoskeletal center in Northern Minnesota.

You will benefit from dedicated PA/NP support, flexible scheduling, and a pathway to partnership, with a generous guaranteed base salary plus incentives, a $120,000 sign-on bonus, and $20,000 relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of the Spine service line and help define protocols and regional expertise.
• Collaborate with 6 experienced orthopedic surgeons in a collegial, quality-focused environment.
• Provide surgical coordination with PA/NP support and flexible scheduling to balance clinic and surgery responsibilities.
