Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Spine service leader to shape a premier spine program within a high-performing orthopedic practice and a modern musculoskeletal center in Northern Minnesota. You will drive growth, define spine care protocols, and leverage a robust referral network to meet significant unmet demand across the region.

Take the lead in developing a premier Spine program within a high-performing orthopedic practice & a modern, purpose-built musculoskeletal center. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of spine care while enjoying the support of an established team & strong regional demand.

Practice Highlights

• Collaborate w/ 6 experienced orthopedic surgeons in a collegial, quality-focused environment
• Lead the growth of the Spine service line, helping define protocols, expand capabilities, & establish regional expertise
• Practice in a state-of-the-art surgical facility w/ access to advanced OR technology tailored to your preferred techniques
• Step into immediate case volume supported by a robust referral network & significant unmet need for spine services

Work-Life Balance

• Dedicated PA/NP support for clinic efficiency, surgical coordination, & continuity of care
• Flexible schedule w/ a 4-day clinical week (32+ hours) or traditional 5-day option
• Minimal inpatient responsibilities & manageable call expectations
• Typical weekly volume of approximately 10 inpatient consults & 75 outpatient visits

Compensation & Partnership

• $900,000 guaranteed base salary + productivity incentives
• $120,000 sign-on bonus
• $20,000 relocation assistance
