Join a orthopedic program with a broad and engaging case mix spanning joint reconstruction, sports medicine, and orthopedic trauma. Collaborate with a tight-knit, experienced team including a full-time orthopedic surgeon, a PRN surgeon, and four skilled APPs. Experience a highly favorable call model: APPs manage primary orthopedic call, allowing you to focus on secondary coverage only. Leverage remote access to PACS and EMR, giving you flexibility and control over your time. Build your practice quickly with a loyal, established patient base and a strong referral network. Work in coordination with regional orthopedic colleagues. Partner with top-tier physical and occupational therapy teams who drive excellent surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Enjoy seamless inpatient care with dedicated emergency medicine physicians and a hospitalist service handling admissions and medical management.

Compensation

• 701K base salary, with earning potential through wRVU productivity incentives
