Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program (ACNE/ACEN).

• Knowledge of triage procedures and clinic/urgent care experience.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety and infection control standards.
• Knowledge of medication administration and patient care aids.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services under physician or midlevel provider direction.
• Collect and analyze patient health data to determine diagnoses and outcomes.
• Develop and implement a care plan to meet outcomes.
• Execute interventions and evaluate patient progress toward outcomes.
