Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years progressive healthcare experience.
• 1–2 years healthcare experience preferred in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic projects for the Och Spine and Neurosurgery Service Lines.
• Collaborate with service line leadership, physicians, administrators, and operational leaders to drive growth and efficiency.
• Support care model transformation, program development, and initiatives to improve access, quality, patient experience, and outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted project manager and analytical resource across spine and neurosurgery portfolios.
