Job summary

Avera Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Sioux Falls seeks a Spine Navigator RN triage nurse for acute pain patients. You will collaborate with neurosurgery and interventional pain services to provide timely, high-quality care.

This full‑time clinic position offers a $6,000 sign‑on bonus, day shift, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. PTO from day one and loan repayment support are included.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Visual acuity and dexterity to perform nursing duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients and families.
• Prepare equipment and assist providers during procedures.
• Observe, record, and report patient conditions and drug responses.
• Oversee scheduling and ensure timely flow of patients.
• Greet patients and pre-screen for examinations, collecting history.
• Educate patients about diagnostics, medications, nutrition and wellness.
