Job summary

WakeMed Health & Hospitals in Raleigh, NC seeks a Spine Program Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations and clinical coordination of the Spine Program, ensuring a seamless patient experience across the continuum of care.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other professionals to promote interdisciplinary spine care, monitor performance, and support evidence-based practices and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed OT or PT required.
• 3 years neuroscience, 5 years rehabilitation clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of the Spine Program.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists and other professionals to promote interdisciplinary spine care.
• Monitor program performance and support quality improvement through data collection and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation and certification requirements.
• Promote evidence-based practices and drive operational efficiencies across the Spine Program.
• Support program growth and exceptional clinical outcomes.
