Job description

As aSpindle Technician, You’ll:
  • Diagnose, repair, and test precision spindles and related components.
  • Build and assemble parts to exact specifications using technical drawings and established procedures.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues with speed and accuracy.
  • Operate manual machine shop equipment (e.g., lathes, mills, drills, grinding machines) to ensure products meet tight tolerances.
  • Maintain rigorous safety and quality standards while continuously improving processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and exceed customer expectations.
What We’re Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has a strong mechanical aptitude and excellent manual dexterity.
  • Can read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
  • 3–5 years of experience in precision machining, assembly, or inspection is helpful.
  • Is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving technical challenges.
  • Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team.
  • Bonus points for experience with spindle repair, balancing, or electromechanical systems—and German language skills!
