TSP talent is seeking a Spindles Technician to build, repair, and maintain high-precision spindle assemblies for aerospace, defense, and industrial applications. You will disassemble, inspect, and rebuild spindles, measuring components to tight tolerances and ensuring proper bearing preload and vibration performance.

• Strong metrology and ability to work to tight tolerances.
• Knowledge of bearings, preload practices, balancing, and vibration/run-in testing.
• Proven troubleshooting ability and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to document work accurately and communicate with engineering and shop teams.
