Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Warren, MI is seeking energetic fitness instructors to join our team. You will lead safe, engaging exercise classes and help members reach their goals while upholding Crunch's No Judgments culture.

Candidates must maintain CPR certification, have aerobic certification (AFAA/ACE/NASM) preferred, and Spin/cycle certification required. In-house training available. This role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Maintain valid CPR Certification.
• Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred.
• Spin or Cycle certification required. In house training available.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.
