Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking energetic individuals to join our team as fitness instructors, delivering safe, fun, effective classes and upholding our No Judgments philosophy. Our gyms offer state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment, full service locker rooms with showers, tanning, HydroMassage bed, and a diverse schedule of signature classes.

You will maintain CPR and aerobic certifications, lead diverse classes, and provide excellent customer service while following Crunch policies.

Qualifications

• Maintain valid CPR Certification.
• Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred.
• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.

Requirements

• Maintain valid CPR Certification
• Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred.
• Spin or Cycle certification required. In house training available.
