Job summary

Retrofitness, LLC is seeking a Group Spin/Cycle Class Instructor to report to the Group Fitness Coordinator. This role is vital for providing group fitness instruction while ensuring a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for members.

The ideal candidate will have a current Group Fitness certification, CPR/AED certification, and a desire to assist members in achieving their health and fitness goals. Flexibility in work hours is essential, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current Group Fitness certification or multiple specialized certifications preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Ability to motivate members towards participating in Group X Fitness classes.

Responsibilities

• Teach scheduled classes, ensuring they start and end on time.
• Provide effective warm-up and cool-down sessions.
• Instruct participants on proper workout techniques.
• Prepare equipment and music for classes.
• Maintain a positive experience for members.
• Assist in promoting products and promotions.
