REACH, a Global Medical Response partner, is hiring a HAA Pilot on a full‑time basis in Eureka, CA. You will operate within a team to safely transport customers, ensuring aircraft readiness and full regulatory compliance.

The role includes a substantial compensation package with a 40% geographic modifier, a $15,000 sign-on, and retention bonuses, plus a 7/7 schedule. Required are rotorcraft FAA commercial certification, helicopter instrument rating, Class II medical, and substantial helicopter

Qualifications

• Current rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate required.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate required.
• Minimum flight hours as detailed in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers with medical team involvement.
• Ensure aircraft readiness per manuals, FAR and REACH rules.
• Maintain REACH regulatory documents and records.
• Coordinate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift-change info per REACH change board procedures.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
