Job summary

Diversified Foods and Seasonings, a division of Al Copeland Investments, is seeking a Blender operator for the Theodore, AL facility. The role involves operating the blender, loading raw ingredients, and completing required paperwork to maintain batch traceability.

You will follow GMP, HACCP, SOP, SSOP, and safety policies while maintaining a clean, sanitary work area. Overtime and weekends may be required, with full-time benefits including health, dental, life, PTO, 401(k), and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for 10 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Overtime and weekend availability required.
• Full-time position with benefits (health, dental, life, PTO, 401(k), paid holidays).

Associates needed for 1st shift

Diversified Foods and Seasonings, a division of Al Copeland Investments, is located in Theodore, AL. We manufacture proprietary custom-blended dry marinades, gravies, sauces, batters, and breading.

Blender:

• Operates the blender, puts raw ingredients into a blender, and completes paperwork.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SOP, SSOP, and safety policies.
• Ensures that the work area is clean and sanitary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to stand for 10 hours, lift 50 pounds, frequently go up and down stairs, bend, stoop, and kneel.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
