Job summary

SPENGA is seeking instructors to lead Spin, strength, and yoga-based workouts in a high-energy studio environment. You will be an ambassador for the SPENGA brand, delivering engaging sessions and motivating members during fast-paced classes.

Instructors complete the SPENGA certification program and are expected to teach the full SPENGA model, while maintaining exceptional customer service and drive for participation and growth.

Qualifications

• Current personal/group training certification (NASM or ISSM strongly preferred)
• Yoga certifications including Core Power Yoga or Yoga Sculpt are highly desirable
• Willingness to learn and adapt to SPENGA philosophy
• Ability to multi-task and command a room
• Energy and confidence; strong customer service and sales skills
• Must complete in-house instructor training and audition to be considered

Responsibilities

• Teach classes consisting of Spin, strength and yoga components
• Create and lead workouts according to the SPENGA model
• Safely engage and motivate groups of 28 people through a fast-paced workout
• Modify exercises on demand to cater to a range of fitness levels
• Retain and increase client participation
• Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes
• Promote, sell, and contribute to SPENGA culture in and out of the studio

All instructors go through the SPENGA certification program for Spin, strength, and yoga to learn how to lead the most efficient, effective workout and inspire others through fitness.
