Job summary

Huron, a global consultancy, seeks a Spend Management Consulting Manager to lead spend management implementations for educational and commercial clients in the United States. You will configure and implement spend solutions, drive process optimization, and mentor teams while engaging with executives to ensure outcomes.

As a Manager, you will shape engagements, manage complex projects, and travel up to 25%. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in procurement/payables/CLM are required, with strong MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of procurement, payables, and CLM applications experience (Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP Ariba).
• 5+ years procurement/payables experience in either a consultative or operational role.
• Full cycle implementation expertise.
• 4+ years of Spend Management experience with procurement focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the linchpin for spend management project implementations and guide configuration/implementation of spend solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, process optimization, and change management.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills to inspire the team and drive consulting excellence.
• Partner with clients to align technology solutions with business goals and client outcomes.
