The Intersect Group is seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to support large hospital systems through advanced data analysis, financial analytics, and cost optimization initiatives. You will analyze spend data, identify savings opportunities, and provide actionable insights to leadership on pricing, contracts, rebates, and fees.

This hybrid role requires onsite support 3 days per week and offers the opportunity to influence procurement strategies across healthcare networks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analytics experience.
• Healthcare experience in hospital systems, healthcare analytics, supply chain, or related.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis).
• Experience translating data into business insights for stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
