Job summary

Air Combat Effectiveness Consulting Group, LLC seeks a Speech Therapy Manager to lead the Speech Service line across Garfield Medical Center and Monterey Park Hospital. You will plan, direct, and improve staffing, program development, and patient care with involvement in 50% direct patient care.

The role requires licensure in an Allied Health field, five years of patient care experience, supervisory skills, and current BLS.

Qualifications

• Entry level degree and licensure in Allied Health (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology).
• Minimum five years patient care experience including acute, outpatient and inpatient rehab.
• Supervisory/teaching experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates speech therapy services across acute care, rehab, and outpatient settings.
• Mentors staff and develops program staffing to meet census and service goals.
• Manages budgets and staffing, ensuring cost control and quality of care.
• Ensures compliance with JC, Title 22, CARF, and AHMC standards.
