Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide remote teletherapy for school-based students in Florida. The role requires state licensure and CCC-SLP, with 1 year of school-based experience (or 2 years overall including CFY). You will join a remote clinician network and collaborate with school staff across time zones.

Clinicians can work from 5 to 40 hours per week. The company supports ongoing CE, a rich therapy materials library, and cross-licensing opportunities to help

Qualifications

• Active state license as a speech-language pathologist (SLP).
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• 1 year of school-based experience including a Clinical Fellowship Year, or 2 years total clinical experience including a Clinical Fellowship Year.
• Schedule flexibility and willingness to work across time zones.
• Owns a reliable personal computer.
• Working knowledge of technology (headphones, computer).

What you’ll do

Our clinicians can choose to work as little as 5 hours per week or work up to 40: All availability will be considered within typical school-based hours

Compensation is $40-55 per hour. Pay rate is determined based on experience and market conditions

You’ll be paid for both direct and indirect time (Example: Indirect includes specific documentation, attending IEP meetings, and more)
