Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a contract freelance Speech-Language Pathologist to provide teletherapy services to students in school settings. This remote role supports IEP processes and collaboration with on-site staff across time zones, requiring reliable technology and strong communication.

Active SLP licensure in the United States and CCC-SLP are required, with 1 year school-based experience (or 2 years total including CFY).

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as an SLP.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• 1 year school-based experience incl CFY, or 2 years total experience including CFY.
• Schedule flexibility to work across time zones.
• Owns reliable personal computer and uses basic tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language teletherapy to students.
• Participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with onsite school personnel and build rapport with students.

What you’ll do

About you

Active state license as an SLP

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

1 year of school-based experience including a Clinical Fellowship Year, or 2 years of total clinical experience including a Clinical Fellowship Year

Schedule flexibility and interest in working across time zones

Owns a reliable personal computer

Working knowledge of technology, such as headphones and personal computers

Our clinicians can choose to work as little as 5 hours per week or work up to 40: All availability will be considered within typical school-based hours

Compensation is $40-55 per hour. Pay rate is determined based on experience and market conditions

You’ll be paid for both direct and indirect time (Example: Indirect includes specific documentation, attending IEP meetings, and more)
