MedSide Healthcare in Atlanta, GA seeks a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for PRN openings in the South Fulton area.

The SLP will evaluate, plan and administer speech therapy in patients' homes, developing and restoring function per physician orders. Requires graduate program completion, GA licensure with no sanctions, and ~1 year of related clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved professional program.
• Current Georgia licensure with no sanctions or restrictions.
• One year of related clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled rehabilitation services to home-bound patients per Plan of Treatment; evaluate, plan and administer speech therapy in the patient’s residence.

Responsibilities

• :The Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for providing skilled rehabilitation services to home-bound patients in accordance with the Plan of Treatment. The SLP evaluates, plans and administers speech therapy modalities/regimens to clients in their place of residence for the purpose of developing and restoring function through rehabilitative speech therapy as prescribed by a physician.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Professional Program.
• Current licensure, with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions, in the state of Georgia.
• One year of related experience in a clinical environment
