Overview

A Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) position is now available in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Fairhaven, MA. Great building with a fantastic Rehab Director and rehab team. Once a part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local Per Diem rosters in your area.

Requirements

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist license or be license‑eligible to practice in the state assigned.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timely documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Must have CCCs.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist (ST/SLP/CFY) license or be license‑eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timely documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.

Compensation

Good Faith Rate Range: $55.00 per hour.
