Title:
Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist
Location:
Eagan, MN – Apple Valley, MN
Hours:
Part-time Per Diem positions - no hour minimums!

General overview of position:
We are seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist who enjoys providing access to therapy for children and their families. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver top-tier therapy care, quickly integrating into new caseloads, and maintaining efficient documentation during patient care to manage a high volume of patients daily.

Hiring Profile:
Post-graduate therapists with pediatric experience, preferably in outpatient settings, managing a caseload of 12+ patients daily. Confident in child-led play, developmental delay interventions, sensory integration, emotional regulation, fine motor delays, and handwriting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Experience with pediatrics, especially outpatient pediatric therapy
  • Efficient at documentation using EHR at the point of service
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and manage a caseload using previous documentation to guide care

Breakdown of Responsibilities:
  • Patient treatment: 90%
  • Planning, preparation, documentation, and communication with patients, families, physicians, and care team members: 10%
