Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Early Intervention and pediatric team in Delaware. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to impact families in the community through in-home visits.

As an EI & Pediatric SLP, you will coach families, empower caregivers, and deliver therapy in natural environments. A state license and pediatric experience are preferred; travel is required.

Qualifications

• Active Speech Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five and/or Home Care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development.
• Deliver therapy in natural environments homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more.
• Use electronic documentation for each visit.
• Complete weekly scheduled visits.
